LRE Solutions at Fruit Logistica 2020
The team of LRE can look back to a successful and busy week after the second event of the year, the Fruit Logistica. During the exhibition days in Berlin our team has welcomed a lot of new cusomters, partners and business relations for a meeting and live demonstrations to companies from Germany, Belgium, Finland and Italy. All this took place at a new location of the 30m2 LRE booth in hal 4.1 whereby LRE showed her latest innovations and smart weighing and software solutions to the worldwide fresh produce and packaging industries.
Introducing a new machine to increase packing speed
Amongst the demonstrations were numerous trials with various setups of the DTS-V smart weighing solution, whereby visitors being showed the hardware’s innovative weighing functions as the unique LED bar and smiley functionality on the smart indicator and software’s live data reporting. During the exhibition LRE has introduced a brand new and innovative solution.
The new LRE machine is extremely suitable for accurately and quickly weighing various products such as: tomatoes, pointed peppers, chicory and grapes. Hereby a packing speed up to over 30 packages per minute can be achieved with only 2 operators. A partially filled package is supplied by a conveyor belt. The machine quickly calculates the most perfect production combination. A green LED on one of the 12 weighing belts lights up and the product can be added to the packaging.
