Quickly the perfect combination of different products at Nature’s Pride
In close cooperation with the Technical Department, one production line has been implemented within the company. The current portioning scales had to be replaced with an automated weighing system.
Accuracy, speed and reliability were a number of concepts that were central to the purchase of the new weighing system.
Accurate, fast and reliable Multihead
The multihead solution is an automatic weighing system that amply meets the requirements set by Nature’s Pride. The solution is specially designed for weighing with fixed packaging weights.
By using the Multihead, the employees no longer have to look for the right weight or perform unnecessary actions. Partly because of this, the machine can achieve speeds of up to 30 packages per minute.
